Mr. Tasik is the founder of Tasik Financial Strategies, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Series 62 (Corporate Securities Representative), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) and Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law) registered. He is also a licensed life, disability, and long term-care insurance broker.
He serves on a part-time basis, as the Executive Director of the Connecticut Chapter of the American College of Surgeons Professional Association and the Connecticut Surgical Quality Collaborative.
Mr. Tasik was graduated Phi Alpha Kappa from the Stern School of Business at New York University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and International Business.
He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Nashville, President of the Kiwanis of Nashville Foundation, an affiliate member of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Financial Services Institute. Mr. Tasik also serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the Nashville Step Out to Stop Diabetes Walk and is a member of The Grapevine Social Advisory Board in Nashville, TN.
Prior, Mr. Tasik served served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Smith House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Stamford, CT, Vice Chairman of the City of Stamford Economic Development Commission, Treasurer and President of the Kiwanis Club of Stamford, a Board Member of the Stamford Kiwanis Trust Fund, and the Stepping Stones Museum for Children in Norwalk, CT. He was the Greater Stamford Chairman of the Fairfield County American Diabetes Association Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes in 2012 and 2013, member of the Executive Council of the Stamford Public Education Foundation, and served on the Development Council of his alma mater, Msgr. McClancy Memorial High School.
Mr. Tasik enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, reading, exploring new bourbons, playing with technology, attempting to shoot clay targets, home improvement projects, and exploring the world through his children's eyes. He resides in Brentwood, TN with his wife and two children. This Fall, his daughter will begin her pre-med studies at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. After graduating from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, his son will begin a PhD program at Lehigh University. Both were graduated from Williamson County Public Schools.
